Friendly staff and great breakfast. The staff was really helpful in arranging a tour during the water festival. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from. The hotel is well located, close to the train station and market. The train ticket could also be purchased at the station for early morning departures. the hotel offered some sort of evening treats for guests which was really nice.

Crowded dorms and low ceilings. The dormitory was quite small and lacked space for guests to store their belongings.

The hotel's location is great- very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries and a heated towel rack. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. the hotel had a fitness center and a rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The air conditioning was quite loud, making it hard to sleep at night.

The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different options like toast, fresh fruit, and eggs. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and there was even a whiteboard in the common area where I could sign up for temple tours or to visit the famous U Bein bridge. The hotel was in a great location, close to many attractions and just a short taxi ride away from other places I stayed in Myanmar.

Had my Christmas vacation here and I must say, there were some things I enjoyed. I loved the free Wi-Fi, which made it easy for me to keep in touch with my family back home. there were free breakfasts! Who doesn't love complimentary food? The hotel was also located close to the main shopping plaza which made it easy to take a stroll around town.

I did have some issues with my stay. The rooms were quite small and cramped.

And let's not forget the delicious breakfast spread, they even had Nutella! we had a fantastic experience thanks to the welcoming staff, clean facilities, and great amenities at Downtown @.

The bathrooms are well-maintained and there are plenty of them. The staff provide excellent service, assisting guests with any requests and offering helpful information about the area. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options like fried rice, noodles, fried eggs, fruits. The hotel also offers additional services such as arranging tours, transport, and laundry.
